Another possibility would be to use Yahoo Groups. You lose the "computer-go"
domain name, but there are many advantages, because there is a file section
you can post documents, links, photos, etc and it also has a calendar people
can update the latest tourneys dates. 

They also archive messages, so easy to go back on the web and search
for something you might have missed.
