I already wondered why those go programs have so much problems when i start

Having black i usually start in the bottom, in the center of course.
surely the programs know about the symmetries of the square. playing in the middle is perhaps what is confusing them. iirc, my teacher (mr. yang) has observed that the programs do not do well if you make unusual attaching (contact) moves.
It's much more likely that the cause of the effect is that playing a stange move in the opening greatly reduces opening book techniques.
