really, i would tend to not think so. because we will give him a full win if he declines. maybe if he really wants to play go (some people are not near clubs). we have many (clubs) in la, but most are asian and they are very strong and like to bet $ on the games. i can poll our local mailing list: go-in-la@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and see who salutes.
