What I meant by "make up for lost connections" was to play N games per
match and hope that the ones you lost due to losing your connection
was close to being equaled by the number that your opponent lost for
the same reason.
I think this is as good as any. I would agree that no exceptions is
the best rule because there is nothing to argue over! And it's fair
in the sense that everyone plays by the same rules.
