They are 40 minutes apart.

wms:  please note that this question cannot be answered by reading the 
KGS page about the event.  I guess I could put it into the 
"Sponsor/Prize" information, but I think it would be better if the 
"Round Length" that I enter got reflected in the web page somehow.
