As soon as there are enough entrants to require more than one round, you
will be able to tell the spacing by the times listed in the 2nd and
later rounds.
It doesn't give that information explicitly because it isn't really part
of the tournament. It just tells the tournament how to make up new times
for the extra rounds when more rounds than you explicitly specified are
required.
