Thank you for the replies everyone. I will definetly put a comment stating that these results were GnuGo-estimated. I'm pretty sure that IGS allows you to resign on your own move, but this is a good enough estimation for my purposes.

The reason I am creating this database is for personal use (me and my friend) with the software MoyoGo. MoyoGo, when giving a move analysis, will give you statistical information about results (Black won 30% of games in this position). I find this very useful information, so I'd like some answers even if they are a bit fuzzy. I'm not even worried so much about the margin of victory, just the player.

Thanks again guys. When this is done, I'll post the python script somewhere in case anyone else ever needs to get some results about a large amount of SGF's.
