Re: Is handtalk the strongest program?
Hello Mr. Zhixing
First of all, i must thank you, for the good program you gave to the Go-players.
I'm trying to write a Go-program for myself, and so i know how hard this is. The
most astonishing thing for me was, that handtalk is written in assembler and that
it is so extremly small and plays so good anyway (compared with other programs).

- Did you change from assembler to C (or C++ or something else) for the windows
version?
- Will it be possible to get a cheaper update for the windows version, if one
have the DOS version?

- Did you plan, to sell 2 different Programs (Handtalk and Goemate) for some
time, or is Handtalk going to be replaced by Goemate?
- What is the difference between Handtalk and Goemate?
What do you thing about this 4-kyu diploma of the Nihon Ki-in? How did Handtalk
get this diploma - was it by only one match against some person? And how strong
was this person? Has he/she played against a program any time before?
Best wishes and good luck for you new Handtalk and Goemate.
