Hi,

I have no policy to block anyone or anywhere.  I oppose any such 
restriction.  I will work to discover what's going on and correct this.

I set up computer-go.org, or rather, my colleague did.  He runs his
ISP out of his home, and is willing, eager, to provide good service.  
He does run some spam software, perhahs that is the culprit.

The mailing list is currently archived.  Every post has, in the footer,
the URL:

http://www.computer-go.org/mailman/listinfo/computer-go/

You can access the archives there.  As well as control your subscription
parameters.

I personally feel that email lists perform functions that web based lists
don't, but there are many possibilities.  A blog with an assiciated wiki
would be cool.  I'm be happy to get anything like this set up, and admin.
